Fairly clean hotel in a very convenient building close to Market Square, shopping and BART, the Powell Hyde or Powell Mason cable cars and restaurants with locally grown/fresh produce/vegetarian and gluten-free options. Silent and new-fashioned room with comfortable bed, stunning location close to chinatown. Totally restful stay for a business trip.

View was exceptionally good, breakfast was sensational, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was tasteful and impressive, included coffee/tea makers, some excellent tea, and a lounge. The staff were very cordial and personable, and the atmosphere was elegant, mainly due to the staff. I was pleased with exceptional service.

Amazingly friendly property stuff from supplying a wheelchair and ice to assisting her in other ways. The room was silent and unique, with with super comfortable bed and a bath plus big bathroom.

the location was great for exploring this shopping area, near walkable to all downtown san francisco, fine restaurants, and major attractions, union square, market st cable car stops and a couple of very good restaurants. the room we had included adequate storage, very fast internet, and a lounge.

The location was very central, unbeatable next to cable car. The hotel staff was superfriendly and efficient. Liked decent size and classically decorated deluxe king room with comfortable beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Great way to end our holiday. Brand-new room, high quality with comfortable beds. Particularly attentive and amazingly attentive staff from doorman to front desk and a magnificent location. Popular restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The location in a business area was marvellous and there were a little market and a market nearby.

Ideal, small property. Very good building and large and wonderfully decorated rooms with every amenity. Breakfast at such a daily rate. Great location in the shopping area, close enough to the SF downtown, restaurants galore and Union Square, Chinatown. Besides, easy to get to Chinatown, only 5 minutes walk.
